Club Z! Tutoring of Bethesda provides individualized tutoring support to students throughout Montgomery County. We are expanding the number of students we support, particularly students who may require extra support and accommodations in their education due to various learning challenges or disabilities.  As a Club Z! Bethesda tutor, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to K-12 learners, helping them to grow and succeed academically. Our focus is on creating individualized learning plans that align with classroom curricula and the student's learning style.

Responsibilities: 
- Conduct in-person, one-on-one, in-person tutoring sessions with individually    
  matched students located close to you (in the greater    
 North Bethesda, Rockville, or Potomac areas).  
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans.
- Communicate progress and goals with parents.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Passion for teaching and engaging with younger students.
- Strong knowledge of elementary subjects, particularly ELA and numeracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Experience:
- Experience tutoring or teaching students with IEPs or 504 plans is a significant plus.
